WealthFino (“We,” “Our,” or “Us”) is a research and education platform operated by Mr. Krishna Kumar Pathak, a SEBI-Registered Research Analyst (Reg. No. INH300009914). We are committed to protecting user privacy and personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, Information Technology Act, 2000, and SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
This policy applies to all users of the WealthFino mobile application, website, and associated services who have created an account, submitted data, or interacted with the platform. It also satisfies Google Play’s “Account Deletion” Policy, which requires users to request deletion of their account and data both within the app and via a public web link.
Users may request deletion of their WealthFino account and associated data via the following methods: • By emailing info@krishnapathak.com from their registered email address. • From within the mobile app under Profile Settings → Account → Delete My Account.
To prevent unauthorized access, requests must originate from the registered contact details. Verification will be done via OTP or email confirmation. Requests will not be processed for accounts under dispute or pending settlements.
Verified requests are processed within seven (7) working days from confirmation. Users receive an acknowledgment email upon receipt and a final confirmation once deletion is complete.
Upon verification, the following data will be deleted: personal identification details, app usage data, non-essential analytics, and support communications.
Certain data may be retained where required by law, including transaction records, research documentation, and audit logs under SEBI Regulations. Retained data will be securely stored and not used for new purposes.
Once deleted, the user's account credentials and access will be permanently disabled. Deleted data cannot be recovered. Users may register again later using the same or new credentials.
